Outdoor amenities like walking trails, a fire pit, a dining area, and beautiful views. Outstanding property, only 10 minutes to Culpeper and 20 minutes from Warrenton."

"Very charming home. Lots of land and privacy to enjoy the outdoors. Even with the snow and ice, we did not have any issues driving up to the house. The ponds were frozen when we were there so we could not fish, but we really enjoyed target shooting and walking through the snowy trails. We saw lots of deer and animal trails:) The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Stores were close if you need anything. Our family had 3 adults a teenager and a pre-teen. "I have never felt more welcomed at a VRBO. Our host, Linny, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. From the excellent communication starting from the reservation and continuing throughout the stay to farm fresh eggs, orange juice, muffins, and wine awaiting our arrival. I highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely making another reservation here soon."

"With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around! Thank you!"
