"The restaurants in downtown Grand Rapids is only a mile walk - wonderful. We recommend Sundance Grill. Additionally, the prporty is next to a small green space and 2 blocks west for a view of the river. I will return to this rental. "

"My friends and I had a great time staying here, we liked the pretty nice view just towards the end of the alley, self check in was great as we were on a time schedule all day. Everything in the apartment is new and clean. Lots of cleaning supplies to use as well! There was just enough space for us and I would definitely book again! "

"Bridge Street Beauty B was a welcome surprise during a two day layover in Grand Rapids! We loved the vibe at the property and the short walk to New Holland Brewery, Butcher's Union, Bridge Street Market, and many other great establishments. Ron's Quick Stop convenience store and G.R. City Market party store are also a short walk from the property. Property owner is very responsive and informative! "

"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."

"Not only was the unit clean and comfortable, but the location was very much downtown and central to everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking...

"Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore."

"Perfect home base for things to do in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Very family friendly.The only downfall for us was the window air conditioning in the bedroom was kind of loud when trying to sleep. Although no central air, the set up to keep it cool and comfortable worked fine in 80+ degree temps. Overall it was a great stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. Love the convenience of a home vs. hotel."
