"Service was great, check in easy, heater worked well which was great cause it was middle of winter & snow outside. It's not a luxury motel, but it was clean, decent bed & basic necessities. My only complaint would be a seasonal issue, but one must walk around the outside to get to lobby/breakfast from room, and there was both snow and very slick ice (from roof dripping). A lawsuit waiting to happen? "

"Very nice motel. Upon arrival I was asked if I had pet. Answered yes, was told need to pay a fee but wasn’t informed of amount. Requested my credit card for charge, I had to ask amount of pet fee and then ask for my card back while I paid fee in cash. Felt as tho I was a bother. Place was clean and well kept and Bed comfortable. Wish arrival had been smoother. "

"My go to while in Yreka. Doesn’t offer food or coffee in room but if you go to and front they have coffee. The staff make it worth it and are always nice. Sometimes there will be problems with guest but they manage it quick and efficient. I love the parking and it is close to a 24 hour gas station that carries pretty much everything you need. Good with kids and also was nice when my daughter pulled the fire alarm lol "

"This house is a grand old lady, comfortable with a few quirks befitting her age. The downstairs is spacious and we were able to fit 17 around the dinner tables available. Kitchen was well outfitted. There is a very steep staircase however, which some might find intimidating. Also, due to the age and draftiness of the house, the heating system was barely able to keep up with the 28-30 degree temps outside. Probably more comfortable in the non-winter months. Would stay again. "
