"I stayed at the Millington house with 8 friends and we had a great time getting away from the city and enjoying the quiet. The check-in process was seamless. The highlights were the hot tub, fire pit, and a surprise visit from the neighbor's dog, Lucy. We appreciated the details like board games and fire kit (with s'mores materials). Definitely would stay again!"

"A nice place to stay with everything we needed to cook an early Thanksgiving dinner for our family living from Felton. Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay."

" Wonderful quiet property with a fully equipped stay. AC, Lighting, bug prevention, kitchen amenities, and linens were huge positives. The water temp/controls were a tad confusing and variable, difficult to tell the cause. Another comfort note would be the ladder rungs to the upper bed - they were extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room for a ladder, so the selected style is understandable, but for anyone looking for a quick and easy sleeping sleeping arrangement...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The dock and waterfront views were amazing! The kayaking was fun. Just a shame we are in a drought because river was too low to go out on Sun. Furniture not the best for comfort but other amenities were good! "

"We stayed for a Wednesday through Sunday trip in August, and it was just perfect. Bryan texted me a little before 4pm and said the house was ready, and led us down the drive to the property. We could not have asked for anything else to be included in the house, either in amenities or design. Each room has it's own bathroom and shower, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and phone chargers everywhere - we especially liked the multi port charger with cables in the kitchen! "We just wanted a long weekend away, and this place was perfect. Well-equipped and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with supermarket, stores, and lovely nature trails for long walks close by. 35 minutes to Slaughter Beach for an ocean walk, or a bit further to Dewey or Rehoboth. Nice to see lake water not affected by algae. "
