"A reasonable walk from Broadway. Rooms were clean and and well stocked. TV was streaming services only. All entries are through your room code, so if you lose of forget it you are stuck. Bed mattress definitely could use a replacement. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Amazing apartment for our stay! Lovely building, the commons areas were very cool. Loved how much SPACE we had! Building was quiet, and very clean. Great location, some really great food and bars just outside the front doors. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Broadway. "

"The floors in kitchen were pretty dirty and appeared to be from prior stay. Fridge seal was broke upon arrival . Walls were pretty dirty and banged up . Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our larger group besides some of the cleanliness issues above "

"Appartment was great, lots of room and very clean. The outside hallway smelled like old meat and the bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell but overall was very nice. "

"The property was nice. My biggest drawback is in the description. It said it was within walking distance to the bars, and it was about 6 miles to get to downtown Nashville, where the bars at are at Broadway."

"This place was a great spot to stay for our first trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown, and also very close to the up and coming bars and restaurants in Wedgewood. It is a long term apartment where they’ve started renting out some of the top floor units as hotel rooms/short term rental style stays. Bright and Spacious living with a pullout sofa. Queen air mattress also available. HD TV with all the apps you could want. The living room overlooks the Cumberland River. Two private patios! The living room opens up into the dining area and kitchen.

Active freight line close by but noise machines available for light sleeper but it’s Nashville so just drink enough and you won’t hear it. "

"It is a perfect location to enjoy Nashville's downtown atmosphere. We parked our car and did not need it again. We were able to walk to Broadway. However, the location also offers convenience to other less busy areas. Great weekend getaway!"

"This apartment is located in close proximity to all the attractions and is right in the middle of the historic Music Row. The property was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. "

"It went great! Easy door code for entry, there was one night the rain made it glitch, but host answered our calls and gave us new code despite the late hour. It was a life saver! This was the perfect little spot for a weekend in nashville for a small group!"

"The property was located within walking distance to Broadway. We had a 2 bedroom Sky Deluxe apartment. When we selected the apartment it was to have 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with an attached bath and one with a bath located next to the other bedroom. What we received was a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom attached and the other bedroom had a queen bed but the room was a lot smaller comparably and the bathroom was crossed the hall. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. It made getting around so easy! The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. Great Group Trip & First time in Nashville!!

"The rooms and staff are wonderful! The service at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. We were there for 3 nights and had a blast. We are a loud group and they even allowed us to sit by the pool and hangout even when it was closed for the season. Great time!! Highly recommend and will stay there again. Everywhere we went felt safe and lots of street lights. We were able to walk everywhere. "

"Great hotel - well-appointed and great attention to detail; very clean, check in super easy. WE knew the area was outside the downtown core and that we'd need to Uber in but it's only 10 mins to Printers Alley and a short walk to the strip so it was fine for us. We rated location as less desirable so other traveller would not expect to be able to walk to a nice cafe for example - the area is not conducive to that. If you know and are aware it's a great place to stay - very good value for money "

"Well-lit and has many security cameras, the hotel room doors do have great secure locks [2 different ones]. There is a phenomenal Mexican taco truck next door! They do have rice and refried beans; you have to ask for a side of each! No vegetarian options- tree huggers. Great value and a great hotel! "
