"I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. "We had a wonderful experience in a safe and clean Redlands neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was near to shopping and other amenities. Hetavi was a gracious host who addressed any issues we had and gave us great advice for accessing services and restaurants in the area. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The home is spacious and lovely! The five bedrooms fit our family of 13 perfectly. The views of the hills are beautiful and the pool was a great hit with the family. The patio was perfect for hanging out while food was cooking on the BBQ grill. There was plenty of parking and communication with the host, Ann, was easy. Ann, thank you for sharing this lovely home! This was a fantastic vacation for our family."

"The house is in a good location. The view was amazing. Waking up in the morning with the view of the lake was something to look forward to each day. The house is designed well.
