"This bungalow is in the very private back yard of a fine house in a beautiful neighborhood of the magnificent pedestrian paradise of Redlands. Its location is ideal for an extended stay. Two grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown, restaurants, library, numerous parks and a famous outdoor performance venue are all within easy walking distance. "We absolutely enjoyed our second stay at this cute location. We even got snow this time! Plenty of room for us and our big dog. The host consistently checked un on us because of the snow and left us the tools including ice melt to help us with the driveway. Heat was great and plenty of blankets. The kitchen is always well stocked too which allowed us to make yummy homemade meals and lake Gregory being steps away is always a plus!"

"Nice and close to mountain. Easy walk w kids. Simple check in/check out process. Responsive communication with host. Unit is a little sparse in amenities for a family. Also, unit is up 4 flights of stairs, which allows for a nice view but requires a little more work getting kids/equipment in/out of unit. Overall though we had a pleasant stay."

"We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided...
