"Lovely, lovely hotel. Very wa as it snowed outside. You could put the heating up to 30°C which is amazing, felt lovely and toasty. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet, filled me up well into lunch. Sauna fantastic. Went everyday of my stay. Location, it's close to an Aldi and a large Tesco."

"Busy hotel but extremely quiet room. Usually you hear the corridor door slam every time someone passes through, or their footsteps on the floor. The room we had was silent! We couldn’t hear people or cars at all. We had the Superior King room and it was so lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great too!"

"The hotel is very close to Wolverhampton Civic or The Halls as it's now called. Room was lovely and cosy. Mattress wasn't great but for one night that doesn't really matter. Staff are lovely."

"Lots of great things to rave about but the number one was the staff. They were exceptional, from the receiption to the restaurant, they really made our stay. Next to mention was the food which was top notch and our vegan was very well catered for. The spa was also very good, with a nice pool for splashing about as well as a modest sized gym. Ww had massages which were great. Finally the building and it's grounds were incredible. It even has a moat! It feels like your staying in a piece of history. Overall, top notch and highly recommended."
