Very quiet, comfortable and clean. It is the best place we have stayed. The communication with Nell was better than great. He stayed up late to help us find our way. We arrived in the dark and Nell was ready for us with the lights on so we could safely enter the house. I can’t wait to return and book this country cottage. "

"What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! "

"We absolutely loved the mountain home. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. The beds were comfortable. We utilized the beautiful front porch and fire pit. We loved hearing the cows. We were surprised by the fact you didn’t smell farm smells at all. The whole area was peaceful and allowed for multigenerational family bonding. It was within easy access of Sneedville and the beautiful Elrod Falls. The drive up to the home is picturesque and provides a great country drive."
