All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"Me and my husband absolutely loved this cottage and the setting. Frye Island is such a cute place and we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry and store where we got picked up for a fishing charter. The beaches on the south and west side of the island were absolutely beautiful and I wish we could have spent more time there. 1.5 baths and plenty of space, very private setting at the cottage really help us enjoy our stay."

Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. "Great escape from the typical tourist areas. Very zen. Close by the lake with a pier, canoes and kayaks for use if you wish. Sit in the adarondak chairs at sunset and listen to the loons calling. Then go back and enjoy the screened porch and the peace. Drive to Portland, Freeport, or Kennebunkport, then back to relaxing evenings!"
