"Only stayed the 1 night. Staff amazing from reception, bar staff and the poor individual that had to change a bed at midnight after original sofa bed jammed. Really felt well looked after and hotel was really pleasant. "

"Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really flexible with my unavoidable late arrival. Bed was comfy and cozy, and shower was hot and powerful. Just what i needed! Well positioned for south side of the city with a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and another 15-20 mins and you're in Leicester Sq or Covent Garden! Nice touch with the complementary fruit and water"

"We booked a standard riim but were upgraded to a crown room. Bigger than a standard. Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very nice. Only a couple of niggles. Mirror above dressing table too high to do hair when seated. Bath hard to get out of as only had low bars Would stay again when in London as in a good location for us"
