"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay! Friends and I visited for Buckeye Lake Winterfest and had a lovely time. The property is situated very close to the lake and was a quick walk to the docks where the kickoff event took place. It is also such a cute and welcoming property! We loved the hot tub in the cold winter weather and being able to cozy up and watch a movie after being out all day. Thanks to Krissie for being an inviting and communicative host! "

"This was by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in to date. Beds are comfortable and lots of space. The only downside is seating. There's room to sleep 12 but can only comfortably seat 5-6 in the living room. We managed with dinning room chairs and had a great time. Location is close to everything downtown. This is a big spacious house. Would return if in the area. "

"Very well renovated house, I stayed here with my teammates on a trip for a meet! It was about six of us total and we all had somewhere to sleep which was great. All the amenities were as pictured and it was very nice overall. The neighborhood was definitely a little underdeveloped but to no fault of the home itself. "The neighborhood is nice and quite. When you walk in it warm and inviting. Beautiful fireplace. Bed nice and comfy (might need a step stool). Kitchen nice and open. The whole experience is a winner for me. "

"There are several places to stay on this property but this little house was perfect for me. quiet. had EVERYTHING I needed or wanted. Store is so close. Directions and amenities were all up to date and no issues at all. Owner is so lovely! would def recommend and/or stay again!"
