"My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of room for all of us and the 5 bathrooms were great to have. Extremely clean. We didnt use the hot tub because it was too cold but that is definitely a plus to have. It is only a few minutes from Manchester Center and close to a lot of other restaurants and shops. The ownwr reached out days in advance and was available if needed, which we didnt. We will definitely be looking to book this house in the future! A++++"

"Wonderful spot for a family holiday gathering! Had some plumbing issues but property manager was very responsive and did the very best he could to remedy. A helpful note if your party includes those who can’t do stairs - there are no bedrooms on the main floor. Given the age and charm of the house, the stairs to the basement and 2nd floor could be a challenge for older folks. Would definitely return!"

"It was a bit farther to Lake George activity than the 7 miles but still a quant place if you’re looking for a chill relaxing time. We loved the fire place. The hot tub wasn’t the cleanest the filter was full and wasn’t emptied prior to our stay. The sink in kitchen was frustrating when trying to do dishes. The water pressure was very low. I would have brought more towels too because for four adults there were only 4 bath towels. Then three for hot tub. The house was clean and had it fully...

"We rented both Blue Hill Farm and The Lakeview Lodge. They are not on the same street but have a short marked path between them for easy back-and-forth—even for kids. The houses are perfectly decorated but not overdone, so we didn't worry about fragile items with younger kids. EVERY single bed was a comfortable Tempurpedic, it was almost hard to go home! "Clean, good management, lots of different activities right outside the door. Family friendly. Dog friendly with a nice, short wooded walking path so they could stretch their legs. Beach access does not allow dogs. Kitchen pots/pans/etc are working condition but could use a refresh - my family loves to cook and bake on vacation. We will return! "
