"This is only my 3rd stay at the hotel and casino and overall it was very good. Our room was clean but unique to this visit, some attention to detail and issues were noted. I did not bring any of this up to staff as they were totally bearable. Just wanted to be clear. The pool and hot tub was heaven as usual and super heated! "We have been multiple times now and really enjoy the property and area. Beautiful lake and some local things to do and it is centrally located to many surrounding areas. Staff has been great each time. The most recent visit it was obvious they have continued to improve the guest experience with new activities that we did experience on prior visits. It is obvious there has been a large investment in the property. But the one negative is the main hotel rooms feel a bit like a dormitory. They...

"The room is tiny but clean. The wall is thin so we can hear people walking up and down on the stairs because our room is very close to the staircase."

"Didn't like the shower ,needs to be up dated, need to put blinds behind the curtains to block out the outside light from shining thru at night. Plus the Tv kept acting up might need a new cable cord it was loose in the plug in. Other than that it was ok."

"Charming old-world ambience. My room had a king-sized poster bed which some people would need a step ladder to get on (I'm not tall, but am agile!), but very comfortable. Some rooms need more logical placement of outlets for lights and electronics; other rooms are up to date. The ambience is friendly and the staff are excellent. Plus, it's so convenient to downtown and for leaving city center. "
