"The hotel was a lovely place to stay. There were some issues with cleanliness in our room, hair in the bathroom, old food packaging under the bed. All issues that are easily resolved. We would stay at the hotel again. The staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. There is a train station not far that takes you straight into the City centre and takes around 7 minutes. "

"Excellent accommodation huge bath nice comfy couch wifi, not great hot water was a pain. I requested heating turned on for arrival and it was the cosy staff at reception were friendly did call for earlier arrival and was told there would be a charge 👎 and also asked to stay an extra night and thought maybe get a small discount but was quoted top dollar suffice to say we drove home all in all good holiday cottage would highly recommend "

"Welcoming team. A lovely property in an amazing location. Good selection of drinks and food. Their spa is really good too, with a separate pool and gym too. I wanted to add a photo, but the app wouldn't let me on this occasion. Well worth a visit and loved the close proximity to the beach"

"Value for money. Yes it’s on the A1 but don’t let that bother you. Inside you can’t hear a thing and all bedrooms are on the opposite side and overlooking the fields to Banburgh Castle and the frame isles lighthouse. The property is in a convenient position to get to many places. Such as the Castle, Holy island, Seahouses and Berwick on Tweed. Good is excellent and the staff are great and friendly. Thanks "

"Our host, Mark, was fabulous. Mark provided us with detailed check in information in advance of our stay and great tips on how we could make the most of our stay in Bamburgh. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and top notch. Thank you for a lovely stay Mark. We will certainly be back for another holiday "

"Had a lovely, pleasant stay at Marshall Meadows Manor House. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was a good size and very clean albeit for a few cobwebs in the corners but a very small criticism. Amazing scenery around and so close to local amenities in Berwick. The breakfast that was included with the room was delicious and a good variety of food to choose from. Get a table next to a window if you can for lovely views of the coast with your breakfast. "The property, service and cleanliness were excellent even though they were under staffed it did not affect the service. It was surrounded by commercial businesses which would have put us off booking had we known however, it did spoil our stay it just didn't make for scenic breakfasts. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were."

"We three over 65 year olds wanted a quiet New Year celebration near the seaside. The chalet was perfect for us. Beautiful views over Belhaven Bay, ideal location for dog walking and very handy for Dunbar town. The chalet was well equipped, beds were comfortable and warm and cosy. "
