What a jem! We really enjoyed our time at Captain Hirams. Blackfins had great service and good food. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast. The bar staff was friendly and fun. We did have an issue with our room but the staff took care of us immediately. Our room was clean, large, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We will return.

Great location and restaurants. Two things that stopped me from giving a 5 star review was the pool was not open. It was under repairs. The second was I was woke up by a woman screaming during the night - walls aren’t sound proof.

The room was reasonably clean however could use a little updating. The bathroom sink did not drain properly however I did manage to get the water to go down after some poking around. The SandBar was a fun place to relax with a drink and friends. The entertainment was very good the night I went.

Our third visit to Capt Hirams. Excellent room and friendly staff. Nice to go over to the Sandbar for a meal, drink and live music, with excellent views out over the Indian River. No doubt we'll be back again sometime.
