"The location and view is amazing, however, the apartment is very hot. The fan by the couch didn’t work and A/C doesn’t get very cold making it uncomfortable at night and when not in the bedroom. Otherwise property is nice, clean and gate staff is kind and helpful. "

"The property was exactly as described! It is in a very quiet location and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful with great sunsets!Patrica was great, she communicated well with us and helped with everything we needed. The pool right out the door is nice too! There is also a pizza place and a restaurant next door at the yacht club which is very convenient! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"this trip was my 3rd booking in a row with this owner/this apt. i have been coming to the property for decades, and stayed when it was all inclusive, up to/through the residential/condos now. i love this apartment, and i could not be happier!! it is clean and safe and has ocean views from both porches! fancy it is not, but i've done fancy, and i so prefer the realness and tamer vibe of point village now. i plan to return and book with sarah every year forever!
