"Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran. "The compact but well maintained gardens and the swimming pool meant we spent more time outside than in our holiday villa!. The bedooms are very comfortable while the kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever seen! Not that we did any cooking! The property is very private, and we were delighted at the variety of birds and colourful lizards and geckos seen in the grounds! The nearby restaurants are varied and excellent, hence no cooking, and there are two supermarkets within a short drive....
