"This is not a hotel, it is an apartment in a complex. We were charged but the apartment wasn’t available and nobody notified us. We arrived to the property and there was no one waiting for us so we couldn’t even check in. We asked the neighbors and they didn’t know anything as well. We texted hotels support and they didn’t know anything either. After an hour the neighbors were able to reach out to the owner. She said the apartment is not available and that we have to find another place to stay....

"Very beautiful setting, great swimming pool (full length and in front of property, amazing views. Well equipped kitchen and modern 3 bedroom flat with large bedrooms. The lounge is a little hot without A/C"

"The compact but well maintained gardens and the swimming pool meant we spent more time outside than in our holiday villa!. The bedooms are very comfortable while the kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever seen! Not that we did any cooking! The property is very private, and we were delighted at the variety of birds and colourful lizards and geckos seen in the grounds! The nearby restaurants are varied and excellent, hence no cooking, and there are two supermarkets within a short drive....

"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"Great location with fabulous staff. Dining options could be improved as the evening buffet was not, in our opinion, value for money and could have provided a better range and quality. The other restaurants on site are excellent though and you have plenty of other choices in Flic N Flac, which is a short taxi ride away,"
