"For the value, the resort had everything we needed! Our room was very underwhelming. Not how the pictures looked at all. The resort was comfortable and safe. Food was great! We ate at the buffet. It was difficult to book at the restaurants because they filled up so fast. There are a few bar/restaurants that are a quick walk on the beach. I had two massages which were wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The kitcen was good on the pictures.but the quality of the equppmemt to make food was not present.What was present was bearly enaugh to make a breakfast. In addition I had my bisycle there.They had no facilities to keep a bike safe.I was forced to carry my bike to the 3 floor and not even alowd to keep it out side the door but to further carry it trough my room to my own balcony.This definatly soured my stay there.Please buy a bike rack as its an easy fix"

"I live locally and always book Pelican Bay Resort for my family & friends. They offer a ‘local’s only’ welcoming, inviting and authentically Bahamian experience. 3 pools, 3 restaurants, access to Taino Beach Resort or simply a hammock with (or without) WIFI and a view. Affordable, family friendly (kitchens & playground) including a Pop Up Gallery featuring Bahamian masters from National Gallery in Nassau. Enjoy the Pelican Bay - it’s home away from home, island style."
