"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! "Lovely hotel,staff were brilliant,the lady who cleaned our rooms was the happiest person always with a smile on her face and left the room spotless. The entertainment was good and there was something on all day if you wanted Food was nice,pool was great abd the grounds are lovely. It was my partners birthday and the even left a card and a small box of chocolates in our room on the day."

"Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"Love the area Meloneras, been lots of times. Hotel was nice & liked our swim-up pool. However for us the hotel was too big & impersonal. No small cozy quiet areas. Limited wine choice "

"This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk...
