"Really nice house in a peaceful scenic location. Very rustic, French house. Gardens are really nice with outdoor eating areas, seating, hammocks and ping pong. Location is great for catching a train from Vernon to various places - we traveled to Rouen and Paris. Laurent as host is very pleasant, relaxed and helpful!"

"A great property that has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, great beds, a lot of room and most of all: it gives you that feeling of nobility. The gardens are great, with garden furniture and the ability to always find a quiet spot. Because quiet it is in the hamlet of Chapelle-du-Bois-des-Faulx. "A lovely place with a welcoming and helpful host who lives on site. Rouen is easily accessed with frequent buses. The place is secure and quiet (The church next door only rang its bells on Sunday) with a very pretty garden. The garden can only be accessed up a flight of steps outside so not accessible for all. Everything was as described, although the Internet is not fast. We had a great stay at Janine’s place exploring Rouen and the surrounding area."
