"A pousada entrega a proposta. Tudo simples porém com muito carinho e cuidado. Cama, ar-condicionado e chuveiro muito bons. Café da manhã e piscina pequena) ótimos. Destaque para o atendimento dos anfitriões, Jaison, Cristina e, em especial, Beth que nos disponibilizou um "kit" café da manhã fora do horário pois fomos para a Maratona do RJ e saímos muito cedo do Residencial :) A localização é excelente no sentido de estarmos a poucos metros da agitação da Lapa (menos de 500metros da escadaria...

"The place is great! Cozy decoration, clean, comfortable, welcoming. They let you get whatever they have in the refrigerator and the paymento method is based on what you declare! It's a pretty cool place. Staff is super! Location very convenient; few minutes by car to the beach and lagoon. "

"Very modern and beautiful property, fantastic location with beautiful ocean view. The bedroom was not the street side so it’s nice and quiet. We had a little difficult time at checking in since the front desk didn’t speak English, but we had a local friend helped us. "

"This property has a great location but doesn't mean that cleaniness should be sacrificed. This is an old building but it doesn't mean that the apartment shouldn't be up kept. The paint, the furniture, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet were all old and dirty. There was even a roach walking on the shower curtain. I've stayed at many small old apartments in many apartments but never like this one."

"The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. Note that if you eat before you have been.assigned a room (if you came off an early flight where breakfast was inexistent or insufficient), the staff will take your name and charge your room later. "
