"This is just for people who are in transit, first person I asked at the airport could not inform me where it was. I wish the signs would say the name of the hotel since there are two hotels at Galeão (one outside and this one inside). The room is small but cozy, just what I needed for a long layover. They offered 24h reception but when we needed an iron we called several times and went in person and no one was there. It seems they are split between reception of the hotel and prime lounge. "I arrived overnight, which was not a problem at all. Made my reservation with expedia and everything was smooth. Only stayed one night to catch an early flight, great experience, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Alexander was very helpful and accomodating. I definitely recommend this place."
