"Such a family friendly and unique hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were really nicely finished. Food was great, especially the lobby café. Entertainment for the kids was on another level for a short city break. I was a little worried with the location if it was too far from the main centre, but it was either a nice walk or we made use of the tram stop, located right out the front. Public transport was really straight forward to get everywhere we needed."

"The location couldn’t have been better as it’s easy to walk to many restaurants and shops with the train station, trams and buses close by. The hotel building has character with plenty of period features, spectacular staircase and eclectic style. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.
