"the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location."

However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "This is a family owned hotel. They were so nice to me."

"This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. I think that is a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. My only reservation is the clear glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a curtain but it still feels uncomfortable. "

"The hotel is conveniently located off the motorway. We did not use it but it is located next to a shopping centre, which is handy. The laundry facilities were a much appreciated feature and the staff were extremely helpful, even checking around for what restaurants might be open for us on New Years Eve. I am glad we stumbled across this property."
