Very quirky. Kids would love the loft but the stairway is very slippery. It needs slip resistant addon. The room was outdated, double beds do not sleep 2. Small fridge never cooled anything down. Rain shower is not always convenient and the shower hanlde did not have any pressure. Be ready for a flooded flor after use. Breakfast was somewhat satisfying. The location is very good and the staff was excellent!

Bad breakfast and poor cleaning
The breakfast had very little variety and seemed like was focused on sweets. We found objects under the bed from previous guests. And the bathroom felt a little dirty. The staff however was very serviceminded and pleasant to talk to. There was a icemachine and a microwave available so if tou want a cheap visit to Gothenburg this is a ok hotel to stay at.

- Vi ble møtt av en sur resepsjonist som absolutt ikke fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. - Parkeringsløsningen er en vits - man betaler for parkering for oppholdet men hotellet kan selge plassen til noen andre selvom du har betalt for den. Flytter du bilen er du ikke garantert å kunne parkere selvom du har betalt. -Små senger med lite komfort, små puter og tynne dyner. - Fordekker manglende renhold av rommet som miljøtiltak. Å re senger, kaste søppel og etterfylle toalettpapir belaster ikke miljøet. - Relativ sentral beliggenhet. - Fin frokost.

Undvik om det är hundutställning
Det var hundutställning i Göteborg den helgen. Hotellet hade många gäster med hundar vilket gjorde att det var väldigt mycket liv på dem som inte lyckats uppfostra sin hundar till att inte skälla. Det luktade illa på grund av alla hundar.

Fantastiskt fint bemötande av hotellpersonalen vid incheckningen. Fick dessutom veta att frukost och utcheckning var förlängd dagen efter då det var nyår - stort plus för det! Rummet var helt okej, men trappan till loftet med två av de fyra bäddarna var väldigt brant. En av sängarna hade rester av intorkat blod på resårmadrassen vilket drog ner intrycket. Fönstret gick inte att få igen helt, men den tjocka gardinen kunde vi lägga så att den kalla luften ändå inte kom in i rummet. Dessutom fanns redan ett extra värmeelement på rummet som vi kunde nyttja.
