The house is fully furnished & stocked with all the essentials to enjoy staying in.We enjoyed our stay.The location is close to the pool and tennis courts I was just disappointed that we couldn’t communicate with Vrbo or evolve customer service support or owner. We had some questions since there wasn’t a booklet available that described some of the things that were missing or not working. But overall good stay and would book again."

"We absolutely loved staying here for a quick weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed and more. I loved that it had toys for my youngest to play with and her room adjoined ours which made her feel safe sleeping in a new space. The views were spectacular! We enjoyed our morning neap redo looming out over the mountain! The host was very responsive and the kids loved the projector screen for movies at the end of the day. We will definitely be back to this property "

"Decided to take a 1 day/night trip to see some snow and leave the city for some R&R. Though we struck out on playing in snow we did have a great time up there. The house was very well kept and the host Peter, who was very nice and accommodating did a great job at making us feel welcomed. Will definitely be going back in the future."

"Five of us, including my three-year-old twin grandchildren, had a delightful two days playing in the snow at Mt. Pinos, just up the road from this comfortable house in Frazier Park. The three bedrooms suited us perfectly, as did the open plan living space."

"The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas."

"Great place to stay except for the “4th” bedroom which is not a bedroom at all. A little alcove in the corner with no wall air unit so it was sooo hot. All the other bedrooms got nice a cool. Other than that, the place was really perfect"

Paula was flexible and made sure that we had everything we needed for a safe, comfortable, and easy stay! The views of this cabin are absolutely magical and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. "Cute house inside and out. The area is a nice and peaceful get away, filled with beautiful scenery and nature. Warned of bears in the area but didn’t have any encounters or see any during our stay. Exploring the little town was nice and the kids enjoyed things they don’t get to see on TikTok. lol. The host was attentive and friendly which made our stay feel welcoming. The house does seem lived in but wasn’t an issue. "
