"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. "The appartment was excellent, it was very clean and our hosts were very kind and generous. Food gifts were left for us ( regional breads and beer) apart from the well stocked larder for our use in the kitchen. "The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. "The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "
