Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... "We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. "Die Anreiseinfos vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich, speziell zum Thema parken. Die Parkplätze waren sehr eng und am Berg, also für einen Flachländer sehr speziell. Die Lage der Wohnung ansonsten war ein super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. In der Wohnung selbst war alles in Ordnung. Es fehlen ein paar liebevolle Details, ein Toaster oder ein Backofen und Haken im Bad. Aber ansonsten war alles gut!"

"The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "

"The appartment was excellent, it was very clean and our hosts were very kind and generous. Food gifts were left for us ( regional breads and beer) apart from the well stocked larder for our use in the kitchen. I could communicate with them through WhatsApp, so any information etc I needed was quickly given. They offered to take us on a tour of the town and even took us out to the Castle Miramare.
