"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. Die Lage der Wohnung ansonsten war ein super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. In der Wohnung selbst war alles in Ordnung. "The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "
