"Property in great location next to central station. Check in took a long time and it was very hot and uncomfortable waiting. Room was basic but clean and had everything you would need fridge was welcomed as room was very hot. Did not have balcony but we did have doors that opened to fire escape so was nice to step outside for some fresh air. The heating was constantly in hot and despite trying would not go to lower temp. We did leave cake out and woke it with it covered in ants but we did leave food out. Would stay again as great location and made it easy to get around Milan."

Loved our stay. Also the door man was so quick to help with our luggage and assist with the stairs. The gentlemen was so cordial and you could tell he took pride in his job. "
