"On our way to Melissa's we were informed that the location changed as the advertised holiday location was no longer in use. We were directed to another location in Strand that did not have a garden/swimming pool or any view. It looked like a half way completed flat with small living quarters. When we said we are unhappy, or and my family was asked to wait while an alternative arrangement was made. After 30minutes we've decided to seek other accommodation and requested our money back. For which...

"La chambre que nous avons eu est en fait un cabane en brique et tôle comportant une chambre et une salle de bain. C'est propre et neuf mais extrêmement rustique et d'une chaleur étouffante (ventilateur annexe). Les espaces communs sont situés dans la maison des propriétaires. Si l'esprit "backpackers" (routards) est bien là, on se sent un peu les uns sur les autres. Le wifi n'est accessible que dans la maison. Chambre d'hôte situé à Gordon's bay, soit à plus de 25 km au sud-est de Cape town....
