"Villa was lovely, plenty of space and Eric was very accommodating and friendly., The abuse of the mountains was spectacular and the pool a bonus. The road is very windy going uo and you definitely , need a car. Just one small one thing, a better light outside for evening dining would be good. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

"This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. "We had a good time, visiting, museums and chapels in the area and walking around Vence old town. It was very convenient to the old town area and restaurants. The major drawback was that the bathroom is. In the main floor cottage and the sleeping is in the loft upstairs"
