"We were a group of 8 adults visiting Interlaken and were very pleased with our stay at the Jungfrau Family Home. We found the accommodations very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for having meals with a large group. We found the location of the home to be quite good and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation. We would be more than happy to return when we come back to Interlaken. "

"Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...

"With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. If you are aware of the long trip down and up fom the parking lot you will enjoy your stay."

"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we...

While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. "
