This is more of a boutique style hotel so if you are looking for more of a modern type stay like a Hilton or something this wouldn’t be it but it is a very nice stay nonetheless! "Can't not say stunning enough. Hotel ground is beautifully designed with trees, flowers and fountains. Jasmine fragrance permeates the air and greets guests upon arrival. "The staff were super nice. The property was charming, almost like New England cottages, complete with automatic fireplace. Parking was plentiful and room access was perfect. Breakfast was as if I were at a nice restaurant, and the round the clock access to coffee, hot chocolate and cookies was a real treat. I visit Santa Barbara regularly and will certainly come back again."

"There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. But it was still very disappointing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The inside and outside of the hotel is very beautiful....
