"We really enjoyed staying at this hide-away and we'll be booking it in the future. It's a really cozy garden guest house with a great wrap-around overlooking an avocado grove and the Pacific in the distance. Quiet and secluded, but only a few minutes from Goleta and only a few more minutes from Santa Barbara. Bonus: nice beds and bedding and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival. Also, very good communication with the owner before and during our stay. "

"This house was the perfect size and location for our family that attended a wedding in Santa Barbara and has family in Goleta. We booked for a week and check in/out was super easy. Rick responded immediately when we had a couple questions. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and had a small BQ outdoors since we had a super warm weekend. "Enjoyed staying at this mint condition, quiet and comfortable property. Everything seemed brand new in the unit, clean and functioning well. Parking on site was convenient. And location was close to State Street downtown and attractions, but in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. No on-site office, so check in and any issues are handled remotely by te t/email. Definitely recommend this place for an economical stay. "
