"We really enjoyed our stay at Huntly Country Cottage. It was very comfortable and the hosts, Meagan and Mitch, added some lovely touches. Oats and cornflakes, an assortment of condiments, Helgas bread, and some nice touches in the bathroom. Being on a semi-rural property was something different, and having chooks and a few rabbits outside the property was lovely. "We absolutely loved our stay here. We had just done a 3 day hike on the Wallaby trail and were very happy to settle into this property. Anthony was great at communicating and getting back to us about any questions we had. Thank you for having us stay! We'll definitely be back again"

"Very pretty, comfortable cottage, with a deck and garden. We felt very welcome and looked after. Lovely comfortable beds and our dogs were happy to be along too. It was a hot weekend but our hosts had everything ready for us with the aircon already on so we stepped into a lovely cool house."

"The cottage is very well thought out and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, as we could walk to restaurants and cafes and the gallery and other attractions. We had a few issues during our stay but Sue was super responsive and did all she could to remedy as quickly as possible."

It was as beautiful and as quite and peaceful as we remembered the first time, and as we knew what to expect, we had an amazingly relaxing getaway. "We could not fault this property. It had everything we needed and was the perfect space for three adults and a toddler. The cottage itself had a classic charm with a modern accents and was just beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice. In terms of location, it was so peaceful and felt remote but was walking distance from the main strip with shops, cafes and markets super accessible. The front yard boasts come beautiful sunrises too. Check in was super easy and communication with the manager...

"Overall good experience. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Well designed. Some work to be done on the pillows and bedding. The pillows are too warm and uncomfortable. The doona is too warm as well. Forces you to crank up AC which then causes noise issues. Overall inconsistent sleep."
