Located a bout 10 mins walk and 2 mins drive from the town centre, this amazingly quiet and conveniently placed studio is just what you need, no more, no less. "This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....

"We had a great stay at the property, it was exactly what we needed! The property is conveniently located being so close to town (walking distance). The kids loved their bedroom, the games provided, and the Easter treats were a very sweet touch. The whole house was very comfortable and plenty of amenities. Would love to stay again."

"The double spa bath is very welcome and decadent. The exterior is fun and has a luxurious cottage feel. Outside of that the cottage felt underwhelming, tired and in need of some repair. The bathroom needs regrouting, the vanity light wasn't working, the bed felt small, the main TV kept restarting and the light in the kitchen had a cardboard-box shade. All the appliances felt tired and in need of replacement. For the amount paid, it felt more like a 3 star than a 4 or 5 star stay."

"Spent a pleasant night at B&B on Piper. Neat and tidy. Heating great as night and morning freezing."

"Was great my dog like running around 2 acres but was warn out at end q3 months loved the cottage . "

"Great location. Clean. Wasn’t a fan of having to pull out microwave plug or kettle to plug in toaster. Found it rather odd that these appliances were more than close to the sink and awarded to get to. The cottage probably would be perfect for a young couple. Older people would prefer privacy when showering. "
