"Property seems very new. Service and staff were excellent. Hotel was aware of my VIP status and let us check in as early as 7am and upgraded the room automatically without asking. Amenities were amazing but we didn’t have time to use them. I also have the say the location is super good as well. It’s walking distance to all the tourist attractions yet it is not overwhelming with tourists. This will be my go-to London hotel now since Rosewood is no longer within my budget and the location is...

"Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. "What an amazing hotel in the heart of theatre land. If you want spend time in your room then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, quiet and a place to lay your head. We personally found the bed too low but that’s an age thing. Would stay there again."

"This location was a surprising experience!! Right across from the tower bridge and if you looked just around the corner of the building, the Tower of London was right in reach. We were blown away by the view. Price was great for the location and the room decent and beds clean and comfortable. old vintage decor but clean and tight. Overall, I am definitely going back and recommending it to all my friends."

"Rigtig lækker hotel med god placering. Vi boede på 8’ende sal med udsigt over byen, herunder Big Ben og London eye. Morgenmadsbuffeten var stor og indbydende med noget for enhver smag. Det eneste minus var at der var meget lydt på værelserne. Man kunne høre alt på gangene virkelig tydeligt. "

"Excellent stay. My friend and I so enjoyed returning to the hotel after day long adventures in London. The staff was phenomenal- attentive to all details: water by the bed daily, comfy room with good beds and an amazing buffet breakfast! DJ was our server our last night and he was fantastic. Will definitely be back!"

"A room was ready early, which was ideal as I was going to a Matinee. Lovely Welcome, a very pleasant and efficient gentleman checked me in. Excellent room, everything I needed, & I very much appreciated the Chocolate, & the Speical Coffee packs. The Strand is ideally situated for anything you want to do whilst staying in the City of London."
