"Food was great! Service was great! Coffee only available during breakfast hours-not so great. You cannot get coffee here in the evening. Just the crappy coffee in the room. Otherwise this is a great hotel. Don’t plan on using machines to work out. Most do not work at all. "

"Went for our 15th wedding anniversary and it was great. Property is clean and very well maintained. Had really no issues. My only complaint was the buffet. $115 for two of us and not really worth the price ya pay. Waitstaff were great but food was mediocre at best. Same quality you get from Golden corral. Besides that the hotel/casino was spectacular. As we were leaving today, a manager in the elevator asked us how our stay was. Seemed to be interested on what we thought even asked us how they could do better. That was nice because she truly seemed interested in what we had to say. Besides the buffet, I have no complaints. The monarch is very nice."

We were not initially greeted well by the team at the restaurant, (it may have been that we did not have a reservation, but telling me that they had 95 reservations before 7:30 pm was a bit much) Other than that it was a great experience."
