A couple of suggestions would be a night light in bathrooms (for old folks like us) and a binder with instructions, like how to use the various tv remotes, how to operate the washer/dryer (not intuitive), etc. Arrival communication (which I think is through VRBO) had a few hiccups so I had to request info from the host prior to arrival which was supposed to be included in welcome communications...but this was no big deal. House was roomy, comfortable, and pretty well...

"My stay was very pleasant! The house was very homey and inviting! The deck was my favorite place-it was very equipped with everything needed for outdoor cooking and dining! The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming!"

"Overall this was a fantastic location less than a block off the historic street. Great for walking around and the backyard was great for relaxing. This is best suited for short stays with no real cooking needed but couldn’t ask for a better weekend getaway spot. "

Renovated historic home with10ft ceilings, original brickwork and lots of charm.

"I chose this property for the location, but would go back for the comfort and coziness of the home. The house included everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom and made the trip very easy. It was very clean and very well organized. The offstreet parking was a plus. Highly recommend, Especially if you want something close to the Lindenwood campus and the downtown area."
