"Hotel was in the middle of remodel on a couple floors, which was at times a bit noisy. Elevator could only be operated by staff because of a previous lightning strike. That being said, it was still a good experience. Can't say enough good things about the efficiency and politeness of the staff. Their ability to handle everything is to be commended. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Would absolutely stay there again. "

A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out. "
