First off one of the beds looked like it had been slept in on arrival. Housekeeper did nothing about it. Noisy people in the hall ways all night slamming doors.

Unfortunately the hotel had plumbing issues that were not able to be fixed during my stay. The toilet, sink and tub all clogged, uncomfortable shower due to water gathering in tub.

Staff was very friendly, but this was not a good stay. Room next to me had a dog that barked the entire week we were here. I complained but nothing was done. Low water pressure and hard to turn shower on. breakfast was not the same hours as other LaQuintas and had nothing but eggs and sausage. I checked my bank account and saw several charges totaling $600 from the hotel even though I had paid in full before checking in. Spoke with the counter rep. They said they saw what happened and fixed it but I would have to wait for the pending charges to fall off from the bank which could take several days especially since Thursday was a holiday. Not something you want to happen while you're traveling. Now the rest of my trip is ruined due to having to limit spending. Not happy at all.
