"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"This place was wonderful and the host was amazing! No list of things to do before you checkout. It was a little noisy because it is on bust street, but we knew that going into it. Totally worth it! I would stay again. "

"We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. "

"We stayed this past weekend. Good location. However very small living room. Also there was no one in the place and they still would not let us check in until 4pm. They were rude about it. Didn’t like that. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was comfy though. Also they need to update things. A bit outdated "

"This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer."
