"Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."

"It was my first time visiting Liverpool and the Maldron in Park Lane, and from the moment of arrival to the end of departure, the staff including Tori, April, Ella, Connor and Nick and all the staff were amazing from start to finish! The ambiance, atmosphere and hospitality were thoroughly enjoyable and on point! Tori and April are excellent front of house team! The food was delicious and totally the best food I have had ever eaten 🌟🌟🌟"
