"We went for a Valentines weekend. On arrival the staff were professional and friendly. For some reason we were not given the room I thought I had booked via Expedia, but the character of the room was immense although it was in the rafters. Unfortunately my husband is almost 6'4" tall and struggled in the room due to the low ceiling and sloping beam. The owner upgraded us, at no extra charge, to an absolutely beautiful room.
