"Went there for my daughter’s 9th birthday. The staff made a big deal about her while she was there and made it extra special for her, particularly Hannah in the Piccolo restaurant and Danielle in the Brasserie."

"Easy check in and staff were very helpful. Easy taxi service which proved efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Some sealants in the bathroom look like they need attending to before too long. Nice hot water in the bathroom, storage radiator was also good as it was a cool night. Overall, a pleasant stay."
