"I had emergency kidney surgery and needed a place to stay to recuperate after hospital discharge as we’ve been displaced by the Eaton Fire. We chose the Westin and are so glad that we did. Our room was clean, comfortable, and their staff was extremely helpful, professional, polite, and compassionate. They have a wheelchair and made sure it was available to me. Everyone at the Westin was great. A lot of hotels let their standards slip post-Covid, but the Westin has not! They have exceptionally high standards and remain so. Thank you to the Westin for making my post-surgery stay as comfortable as it was. "

"Perfect stay room was at a perfect spot right near the handicapped parking. room was clean and trust me my wife wants clean. staff was really nice. love the text messages and that they came to our room when we could not figure out the TV. Plenty of hot water! continental breakfast was gold with oranges. sweet rolls While not eggs and bacon it was perfect for us. We stayed there before to go to Knotts, so it was right down the street maybe 2 miles. We did find out you can request a coffee maker in the room."
