"The check in was smooth.. But the pool room & water was cold. It wasn’t a heated pool. The check out was not good at all. Breakfast is until 10 am & when my family and I went down at 9;45 everything was already put away except a little cereal that was left and a tiny bit of waffle batter . Everything else was already put away. I was upset because I was looking forward to at least scrambled eggs & they put the food away before 10am like if get off shift at 10."
