The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Other than that, this place was horrible. It was dirty, customer service was nonexistent, requested housekeeping several times and had to threaten to request a refund before anyone came a couple days later. I would never stay here again or recommend this place. The rude older lady in the evenings need massive customer service training. I've stayed at Wyndam properties before and this did not meet expectations!

The only problem ww had is the dryer to dry the clothes was not working properly.Did not fix by the time we check out.If something is broken put an out of order sign on it.

A worker was painting near my room during my entire stay. My last day, he was literally painting my door. Maybe have workers do this around empty rooms or after guest have checked out. Also, I did not feel entirely safe with him hanging around since I was alone.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. Staff was very professional. The only problems we had was when we checked in the floors was very dirty we had white socks on and they turned black we told the office to have them mop our floors and they said that they might not get to them today and they didn't get to do them so i said something when we got breakfast the next day the cleaners was told to do them they came in and gave us clean towels but they didn't mop our floors the other problem was that we seen roaches in the room which we also told staff about.

The lady at the desk was super sweet and kind. The room itswlf was disgusting we found roaches in the room climbing on the table. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The first room we were given had a smoke detector that needed a new battery as it continued to beep, rather than just replace the battery, we were told to switch rooms since the maintenance person was not on site. The key to the second room didn't work, and we had to get another one. The room had an overpowering smell of smoke, although it was to be a non smoking room

Fire alarm beeped constantly, no internet at my room, no coffee maker, Kleenex, or toilet paper holder, very noisy, roaring bathroom fan, A/C difficult to set or regulate, security fastener on door placed so that it didn’t close, bed not comfortable, no shelf in bathroom for items. Rooms look like cheap Motel and the sheets were stained and the room smelled like cigarettes when we booked a non smoking room. Upon called the hotel they never answered and never changed the sheets, when call the hostel they only gave me a $8 refund. Horrible hotel to stay not worth the expense price
